The Hot Room
Our Hot room is equipped with a 250,000 BTU forced air furnace, exhaust system, commercial humidifier, and infrared heat panels. This is all designed to allow you to build heat within your body and cleanse it from the inside out, and to loosen the muscles quicker so you can get more out of your practice.
Whats Needed
Yoga mat - you may bring your own or we have rentals
Yoga mat towel
Water - we have water available for purchase
For all classes be sure to wear fabric that wicks sweat, you will need a mat, towel, water and a change of clothes. We have locker rooms and showers available.
Be ready to SWEAT, and come hydrated!
